First, the requirements of process design

Two, equipment maintenance

(1) Develop a comprehensive and detailed maintenance plan cycle, and assign special personnel to take charge of the maintenance of key parts, and implement it in place to strengthen inspection.

(2) Be good at summarizing, record and make statistics on daily problems, and prevent them in advance.

(3) Control the twisting failure rate below 4.5%, and keep the process channel smooth and clean at any time. Check and repair the spindles with high twist failure rate every day to eliminate outdated spindles. Regularly check the Angle of twisted tube and untwisted tube and the sharpness of scissors.

(4) Control the success rate of finding more than 98%, do a good job of cleaning the large nozzle, timely clean the small nozzle hook back wire, reasonably set the groove cylinder reversal speed and break brake time, prevent the yarn drift to both ends, adjust the distance between the large nozzle and the cylinder yarn at about 5mm, check once a month.

(5) Every time you wipe the car, lubrication and maintenance should be carried out on the upper and lower scissors of the air twister, the doffing car and the KVB clippers.

Third, the application of SPID intelligent gatekeeping system

(1) VC operation panel red/yellow light, click the yellow light/display/print, the operator pull out the yarn, and insert the empty pipe.

(2) Find the spinning frame ingot position and reduce the bad yarn through several "warning yarn" reports.

(3) The probability of "warning yarn" accident is very high (see Figure 1), and the coding error will also lead to the ingot position of the spinning frame.

(4) Always pay attention to the transmission and processing of "non-standard" report and "warning yarn" report information.

Iv. Operation management

4.1 Tour "Four Timely"

(1) Timely treatment of the red light, the red light rate should be kept below 1%.

(2) Reasonable development of tour method, to timely clean the channel silk.

(3) Yellow light and pipe yarn of manual processing station should be dealt with in time.

(4) To timely deal with the air pipe exchanger pipe drop, to ensure smooth logistics.

4.2 The inspection shall be in three places

(1) The monthly measurement and evaluation of all operations should be carried out in place.

(2) Quality awareness and skill operation training of value turning workers should be in place.

(3) The cleaning inspection of the yarn channel shall be carried out in place.

Five, some suggestions

(1) Yarn quality should not be improved by winding defects. Quality control of the previous process should be strictly controlled to reduce winding pressure and improve winding efficiency.

(2) In the case of the same process parameters, if there are many defects in the edge machine, the parameters can be slightly corrected. When there are too many defects, we should analyze which one is too many defects so as to find out the problem of the previous process.

(3) It is necessary to deal with the pipe yarn of manual preparation station in time, so as not to reduce the change efficiency and affect the production efficiency.
